Communications analyzer software

A 3.1 software upgrade provides the interceptor 1402S sdh/pdh communications analyzer with automatic protection switch testing. The software verifies network synchronization for 2-, 155-, and 622-Mbit/sec signals using a single instrument, tests optical systems at 1310- and 1550-nm wavelengths, and lets the operator stress test access demultiplexers to confirm synchronization circuits and recovery of pdh payloads without degradation.
