The most common use cases include construction management and maintenance ticket management integrated with existing GIS and core business applications such as SAP, Salesforce, Remedy, and inventory systems (OSS, BSS). As part of IQGeo’s geospatial software platform, WFM is helping operators optimize critical field and back-office processes to deliver measurable business KPIs that accelerate time-to-market, reduce MTTR, and enhance customer satisfaction.
