Polish service provider Netia has extended its partnership with Netcracker Technology for support and maintenance services. The services are intended to enable Netia to bring offerings to the market faster and provide greater visibility into end-to-end billing and revenue management operations. Netia also has the option to upgrade Netcracker's back office Revenue Management solution.

The enhanced revenue management capabilities are designed to provide greater visibility into customer activities and preferences and to allow improved delivery of personalized service bundles.

Netia provides integrated information and communications technology services to businesses across its 14,000-kilometer fiber-optic network that spans more than 50 major Polish cities, covering approximately 70% of office buildings in the country.
