Axiros is providing an end-to-end service assurance and device management platform solution to WOW!. The back office deployment, a single software solution accessible from a portal, is intended to address all of WOW!'s deployment, provisioning, management, and customer experience needs.
WOW! is using a combination of Axiros products to make up its service assurance platform, including:
AXESS.ACS core auto configuration server to integrate all CPE devices (cable modems, set-top boxes, etc.) into one managed set regardless of protocol
AXTRACT QoE monitoring to collect, monitor, diagnose and analyze device and network data
AXPAND "glue software" to integrate legacy devices (non-TR-069 such as SNTP and SNMP) into the managed set of devices
AXPLORE event management and alarming
WiFi Optimization Module
