Consolidated Communications has gone live with an upgraded Netcracker Technology Service Order and Resource Management OSS solution. The additional functionality includes an access service request integration module, which is intended to help Consolidated Communications automate the assignment of tasks.

The new components are intended to help Consolidated reduce the effort needed to provision orders, reduce costs and streamline delivery capabilities for both business and residential customers.

Consolidated provides communications solutions to residential and business customers across its an 11-state service area, including former SureWest systems. Consolidated has used Netcracker OSS products since 2013.
