Amdocs (NASDAQ:DOX) announced new communications-specific applications intended to allow service providers to aggregate data from multiple marketing, network and customer care sources and generate business and customer insights with actionable recommendations. The announcement builds on Amdocs' big data analytics launch announcement last year, which introduced an end-to-end, communications-specific big data analytics portfolio.

Amdocs' back office big data actionable analytics applications include Marketing Analytics, Network Analytics, and Consumer and Business Satisfaction Analytics. Amdocs' expanded big data portfolio combines communications-specific tools to collect, store and process data. As part of the offering, Amdocs provides a range of data management services designed to improve efficiency, reduce costs and help service providers extract more value from their data.
