Jones/NCTI announced enhancements and upgrades to its learning and development solutions, including its Master Technician curriculum and Associates of Applied Science Degree in Broadband Technology.
Content updates further strengthen the Jones/NCTI Master Technician curriculum. The additions include videos, new lessons in signal leakage technologies addressing LTE frequencies, DOCSIS 3.1, fiber-to-the premises (FTTP), government regulations, safety and troubleshooting.
Newly updated courses include: Installer, Installer Technician, Service Technician, System Technician, Fiber Installation and Activation, Fiber Testing and Maintenance, and Advanced Technician.
Frontline employees can also earn college credit with these updated courses as a part of the Associates of Applied Science Degree in Broadband Technology program that Jones/NCTI offers, in partnership with Arapahoe Community College.
