Comcast (NASDAQ:CMCSA) has made its My Account customer service app available on the cloud-based X1 video platform. The app launched last year and is available to all Comcast customers via their mobile devices. The My Account app is designed to enable customers to:
  • Manage account details, view and pay their bills
  • View and/or cancel upcoming service appointments
  • Check on the status of the equipment in the home
  • Check for outage notifications in their area
  • Troubleshoot issues with self-help videos, articles and how to's
