Amdocs (NASDAQ:DOX) has launched its Order Delivery Orchestrator solution, intended to enable service providers to better support their business services customers across the order delivery lifecycle for the delivery of enterprise orders. The solution is designed to support hybrid order execution consisting of both traditional and virtual services such as virtual fire wall or virtual CPE.

The Orchestrator is designed to enable catalog-based orchestration of orders across lines of business, and to support orchestration across multiple vendors' fulfillment stacks and provide end-to-end visibility and project management. The orchestration and visibility capabilities are designed to provide real-time insights and conflict resolution throughout the order execution, adjusting the order and improving order delivery time and SLAs.
