This Technology says it was awarded U.S. Patent No. 8,949,882 covering dynamic ad insertion (DAI) functionality. The patent describes a method for identifying dynamic advertising inventory and defining attributes such as ownership, length and interactivity. It's intended to work with any ad decisioning system or video delivery platform.

The application was made in 2007. To date, This Technology has eight patents.
