Jones/NCTI has inked an agreement to provide Midcontinent Communications with a suite of learning tools for its frontline field technicians and call center teams. The new enterprise solution includes Jones/NCTI's course material, mobile learning application, and career path development tools, as well as LogiCALL customer service support.
Midcontinent plans to introduce the new Jones/NCTI learning solution to its employees in early 2015.
