Blue Ridge Communications has agreed to a multi-year renewal for its licensed NetCracker Technology Revenue Management solution. The back-office solution is intended to support ordering, billing, provisioning and operations for Blue Ridge's pay TV, on-demand, high-speed data and voice services.
