Comcast (NASDAQ:CMCSA) has announced plans to open a new bi-lingual customer support center in February 2015 in Albuquerque, NM. Employees at the new call center will provide support for Comcast residential products and services, handling calls primarily from Spanish-speaking customers across the country, as well as calls in English.

The 51,000-square-foot facility is planned to seat approximately 450 agents. Comcast will begin filling positions this year.
