This Technology announced the Congruity Intelligent Signal Processor (iSP) for management of SCTE-35 cues across delivery platforms. The cloud-based software is designed to normalize the variances of SCTE-35 messages that cable operators receive from programmers during content ingest of large numbers of network source feeds.

The software is designed to support linear signal processing and management, enable user-defined transforms to be applied to source feeds from individual programmers, support ESAM I03 and SCTE-35 2013a, and provide transformation adaptation functionality. It also includes a web-based user interface and an auditable database.
