Jones/NCTI Intros 'Just in Time' Training Tools

Jones/NCTI has introduced Amp, a mobile field performance tool intended to provide just-in-time knowledge to field teams. The company has also launched its Amp online destination, www.jonesnctiamp.com, where chief learning officers and educators can learn more about just-in-time knowledge and uses for the application.

Amp is designed to deliver training content when technicians need it, where they need it, from Jones/NCTI's technician training curriculum as well as MSOs' learning libraries. Companies can also use Amp to alert field teams about safety updates or severe weather.
