Cable sales and retention contractor RCH has chosen MSI to mobilize field collections for technicians who serve its nationwide residential cable operator customers. RCH is using MSI's Collections Pro mobile app, which is designed to replace manual systems in the field and office. RCH plans to use the app for mobile data collection and automated synchronization with Collections Pro routing and field management in the home office.
