Incognito Software announced version 14 of its Service Activation Center. In addition to providing a centralized view of all subscriber network activity, the modular software is designed to integrate with existing systems to simplify and accelerate service rollouts.

Service Activation Center is intended to provide a snapshot of a given subscriber's network, from which services are being used, to where a device is located. The solution's open APIs are designed to interface with different systems across multiple platforms, creating a 360-degree view of available services, subscriber packages, customer details, and promotional offers. It provides workflow and subscriber tracking, as well as subscriber portals.
