Vivacom, a quad-play service provider in Bulgaria, has agreed to upgrade to NetCracker Technology's converged BSS platform, including a five-year extension and professional services agreement. The agreement builds on an existing relationship between the two companies. Vivacom plans to use the system for its mobile, fixed-line, broadband and pay TV services.
