SeaChange International (NASDAQ:SEAC) and INVIDI Technologies have developed a joint software solution designed to enable video service providers to coordinate multiscreen television ad campaigns across traditional linear, linear addressable, VOD, catch-up, network DVR, and OTT streams. Deployable on-premise or in the cloud, the solution integrates the SeaChange Infusion advanced advertising software platform and the INVIDI Advatar addressable advertising system.

The SeaChange-INVIDI Cross-Platform Campaign Management Solution is designed to enable ad insertion into linear addressable, VOD and OTT content on any consumer device. The solution employs SCTE 130 and IAB VAST 3.0 and uses a single Ad Decision Server (ADS) to power campaigns that utilize a common set of targeting styles and metrics. It's intended to enable impression-based campaign scheduling, reporting and real-time in-flight analytics and targeting.
