Armstrong Taps TOA for Workforce Management

Armstrong, an MSO serving Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky and Maryland, has selected TOA Technologies' ETAdirect workforce management solution. Armstrong plans to use ETAdirect to reduce travel time, create schedules, enable field technicians to communicate with each other within the app, and connect field technicians to the MSO's billing systems.
