Contec Holdings, a provider of CPE repair and refurbishment services, has completed its acquisition of substantially all the assets and operations of Replico. The acquisition, which was announced in January, closed on Feb. 14. All current Replico employees have been transitioned to Contec employees.

Headquartered in Morgan Hill, CA, and operating facilities in Reno, NV, and Charlotte, NC, Replico provides returns management and related logistics services for cable and IP-based MSOs.
