At Cable-Tec Expo, Oliver Solutions, a provider of SDN broadband access software, is highlighting its accessFlow, designed to allow centralized DOCSIS provisioning of EPON, GPON, point-to-point Ethernet, and cable modems.The company's accessFlow software is designed to enable the reuse of existing DOCSIS back-office systems and a migration path to SDN based management systems, and also to enable new services via SDN capabilities such as bandwidth as a service (BaaS).Specific products being highlighted at the show include accessFlowDPoE - DOCSIS Provisioning of EPON; accessFlowDPoG - DOCSIS Provisioning of GPON; and accessFlowDPoP - DOCSIS Provisioning of point-to-point Ethernet.
