At Cable-Tec Expo, Procera Networks (NASDAQ:PKT) will be exhibiting its new PacketLogic 8960 policy enforcement platform. The 2RU PL8960 is designed for both larger fixed broadband service provider deployments and in the core network of more geographically compact service providers.The new product is intended to help operators make improved business decisions about expenditures, traffic management, and more profitable service creation. The PacketLogic 8960 is a scalable 2RU appliance designed to support up to 70 Gbps of network traffic throughput accessible through six modular I/O slots supporting up to 12 x 10GE or 24 x 1GE channels.
