Concurrent (NASDAQ:CCUR) says it has been awarded U.S. Patent No. 8,522,268, "Method and Apparatus for Creating a Targeted Integrated Image." The patent defines a process for creating and incorporating personalized streaming video and images into a subscriber's electronic program guide (EPG) for the purposes of advertisement.
