Latvian cable operator Livas Telecommunications has extended its multi-year service agreement with SeaChange International (NASDAQ:SEAC). Livas has used SeaChange's CASIS linear broadcast software solution since 2009 to handle electronic program guide (EPG) metadata and Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB) table generation for its multi-platform video services.At IBC2013, SeaChange will demonstrate its linear broadcast solutions along with its new generation of software solutions for multiscreen delivery, subscriber experience, home gateways and advertising.
