Suddenlink has deployed Sigma Systems' Fulfillment Solution to automate the activation of voice and data services to its business customers, integrating billing, order entry and delivery. Sigma's business voice, SIP trunking and data services product provisions Suddenlink's integrated voice and data access device at the customer premises. As part of the deployment, Suddenlink upgraded to Sigma's latest SMP platform, which enabled the operator to achieve a virtualized infrastructure.
