Cox Communications has selected NetCracker Technology to provide a multi-year managed services BSS solution for Cox Business.Cox Business will use NetCracker's TOMS (Telecom Operations & Management Solutions) version 9.0, including sales force automation; customer and service order management; customer, product and service information management; and resource inventory.
