OSS/BSS provider Intraway announced an agreement to acquire Baking Software, a company specializing in home networking software. The acquisition is intended to strengthen Intraway’s position in the OSS landscape.Baking Software develops software designed to automate the configuration of multiple home network devices, help the customer solve problems without calling the service provider, offer remote-desktop functionality for the CSR and monitor and report key customer experience indicators.
