TWC in NYC: 1-Hour Service Windows, Text Updates

Time Warner Cable (NYSE:TWC) is offering its customers in New York City one-hour appointment windows (through 10 p.m. daily, through 11 p.m. in Lower and Midtown Manhattan), as well as expanded Saturday and Sunday appointments. The MSO is also able to text NYC customers the moment that a technician starts traveling to their appointment.One-hour appointment windows are available in Manhattan; Staten Island; Bergen County, NJ; and Mt. Vernon, NY. Queens and Brooklyn will get one-hour windows in June. In most cases, next-day appointments are available. One-hour appointment windows are already available across most of TWC's footprint.
