Canoe has licensed BlackArrow Affiliate, a toolset designed to enable programmers to manage ad avails in and around VOD content. The technology is intended to further enable the companies to support the monetization of VOD dynamic ad insertion (DAI) for the pay TV industry and extend their efforts to coordinate, streamline and interoperate VOD DAI with multi-system operators.
