    ETI Software Solutions has launched Overture GIS, a geographic business intelligence solution designed to help operators monitor, manage and monetize broadband networks.Overture GIS integrates ETI's core product, Triad, with Vantage Points GIS software provided by Geographic Technologies Group. The solution is designed to geographically display real-time subscriber data, plant management records, network element information, and workforce management in a customizable format. It's designed to:


    • Map and monitor real-time work order status


    • Map, monitor and analyze repeat ONT alarms, non-responding set-top boxes, etc. and provide automated notifications and spot patterns and trends


    • Monitor repeat trouble-related truck rolls


    • Manage usage and track location of fixed assets
