Amdocs Plans Smart Home Demos for CableLabs

Amdocs (NYSE:DOX) will participate at the CableLabs Winter Conference, demonstrating a cloud-based solution intended to integrate with a telecommunications provider's existing operational, back office and customer service support systems.The solution is designed to deliver a packaged suite of ARPU-generating services including home monitoring, automation and comfort; energy management; wellness and assisted living; and entertainment and multimedia. The platform leverages data from a range of wireless or wired devices and provides multiple options to MSOs for gateways to control the devices and mediate data.
