Comptel (NASDAQ OMX Helsinki:CTL1V) has completed interoperability testing with Procera Networks (NASDAQ:PKT). The companies' joint policy control and charging solution, which consists of Comptel Policy Control and Procera's PacketLogic Subscriber Manager and PacketLogic Real-Time Enforcement (PRE), is intended to enable communications service providers to offer, manage and monetize advanced data services, while optimizing network usage, improving the overall customer experience.
