Columbus International, a cable and telecommunications provider in Latin America and the Caribbean, has selected Sigma Systems' Cloud ServiceBroker for the provisioning and management of SaaS and IaaS services targeted to small and medium business (SMB) customers currently serviced under its business brand, Columbus Business Solutions (CBS).Customers will initially have a choice of premium business software including online and remote backup. Columbus is a current user of Sigma's Service Management Platform (SMP) OSS platform, and the Cloud ServiceBroker will integrate with the provider's existing back-office.
