ARRIS (NASDAQ:ARRS) and Motorola Mobility have both won Emmy awards from the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences for their respective ad insertion technologies. The awards will be presented on Jan. 10 in conjunction with the 2013 International CES in Las Vegas.ARRIS' SkyVision and Motorola's CherryPicker have each been awarded a 2012 Technical and Engineering Emmy Award for the development and commercialization of digital infrastructure for local cable ad insertion.
