The company says 60,000 callers verify their identity monthly. The voice biometric identity verification solution is designed to automate customer account verification. When a customer wishes to add or change services, or request a pay-per-view show, the customer needs only to repeat a four-digit phrase that takes less than 5 seconds to verify their identity.
