Videotron Upgrades NetCracker Back Office

Canadian operator Videotron has chosen to upgrade its current TOMS (Telecom Operations and Management Solution) software from NetCracker Technology to the latest release. NetCracker's professional services team will deliver the upgrade. The upgrade is intended to to improve Videotron's network mapping and maximize its capacity utilization.
