The Melita Group, a Maltese service provider offering TV, Internet, fixed-line and mobile communications services, has selected Amdocs (NYSE:DOX) for an end-to-end BSS consolidation project. Amdocs will deliver Amdocs CES (customer experience systems) portfolio software and third-party software and hardware, replacing legacy systems and consolidating service delivery, customer life-cycle management and billing across Melita's multiple lines of business.
