Suddenlink Communications has signed a long-term contract extension for NetCracker Technology's converged BSS solutions. In addition to hosting its BSS solution, NetCracker is providing Suddenlink with secure SOA standards-based web services for access to billing and customer data through interfaces with external applications, such as web portals, IVRs, and mobile devices.
