Comcast (NASDAQ:CMCSA) has launched a number of online subscriber self-service tools, including appointment management, an interactive remote control code finder, mobile bill pay, and service health status. The new features can be accessed via smartphones as well as conventional computers.Later this year, the MSO plans to add diagnostic tools for set-top boxes and cable modems, appointment scheduling, and mobile bill pay via smartphone cameras.
