SeaChange Back Office to Deploy in Poland

Vectra, Poland's third-largest cable operator, will implement SeaChange International's (NASDAQ:SEAC) web-centric Adrenalin video back office to support its rollout of VOD this year, as well as future expansion into multiscreen services and social TV. SeaChange will demonstrate Adrenalin at the Cable Show in Boston later this month and at ANGA Cable in Cologne, Germany, in June.Vectra provides analog and digital cable TV to over 800,000 customers, as well as broadband Internet, fixed telephony, and mobile Internet. Vectra also plans to develop multiscreen services, delivering content to PCs, tablets and smartphones.In other SeaChange news, the company has completed the sale of its broadcast server and storage business. The sale to the new independent company XOR Media closed May 10 following customary regulatory approvals.
