According to this Time Warner Cableblog post, the MSO is trialing an optional usage-based broadband pricing plan in the southern Texas communities of San Antonio, Laredo, Corpus Christi, the Rio Grande Valley and the border corridor. The optional plan is designed to save light users money, and the MSO is not scrapping its unlimited broadband, flat-rate plan. Subs can switch back and forth between the two as needed.
