SeaChange International is providing an integrated solution of software in a managed environment, services and content to bring on-demand TV to Melita in the Republic of Malta. The diversified telecom provider selected SeaChange's Express solution with the Adrenalin video back office and VOD Managed Services, as well as a premium content offering with service management from SeaChange's On Demand Group. Melita plans to launch the on-demand service to its premium subscribers this summer.
