Turkcell, which provides a 1-Gbps residential service and 10-Gbps business services, wanted one central inventory with discovery and reconciliation capabilities for all network layers, NetCracker reports. The company selected NetCracker for its Telecom Operations Management Solutions' best-of-suite approach, the company asserts.
Meanwhile, as part of a long-term agreement and solution upgrade, Bulgarian quad-play service provider VIVACOM will use NetCracker's updated Convergent Revenue Management Solution to unify rating, billing, and charging operations across all lines of business through a single real-time platform. The solution will help VIVACOM build its transaction management infrastructure, increase automation, support complex rating scenarios and accelerate time-to-market.
