American Support has completed its integration of Sigma Systems for high-speed data management with CSG Systems for billing, creating a single entry platform for managing high-speed data customers.American Support, which provides billing, technical and customer support services for cable, telephone and Internet providers, leverages Sigma Systems provisioning to monitor and manage its customers' high-speed data subscribers and CSG Systems to provide billing services. The company says this is the first time the two systems have been integrated for single entry in a hosted ASP/SaaS model.
