Amdocs has been ranked the No. 1 vendor in revenues for global sales of OSS, billing systems and related services in IDC's "Worldwide OSS and Billing 2010–2015 Forecast and 2009 Vendor Shares" report. IDC based its ranking on vendor revenues for sales segments that included billing, fulfillment, service assurance and revenue assurance software licenses and related consulting, integration and managed services. IDC ranks Amdocs as the lead in this combined market space with 10.9 percent market share.
