Videotron Expands NetCracker Relationship

Canadian cable operator Videotron has expanded its relationship with NetCracker Technology (www.netcracker.com) to include additional TOMS (Telecom Operations and Management Solutions) OSS software and services. The additional capabilities are intended to enable Videotron to accelerate the rollout of bundled service offerings and achieve higher levels of operational efficiency.
