    Millicom ha acordado la adquisición de TeleCable Económico TVE y los planes para fusionar la empresa con su filial costarricense
    Millicom ha acordado la adquisición de TeleCable Económico TVE y los planes para fusionar la empresa con su filial costarricense, Millicom Cable Costa Rica, también conocida como Tigo. Los detalles financieros no estaban disponibles. Millicom informó que la compañía fusionada le dará cobertura geográfica ampliada, le permitirá ofrecer una mayor gama de servicios y productos, y aprovechará el impulso de los movimientos recientes, tales como internet más rápido, aplicaciones musicales y deportivas para dispositivos móviles y acciones para reducir la brecha digital.
