La Corte Suprema de Justicia de Argentina falló para que las compañías de telecomunicaciones del país no puedan ofrecer servicios de video de ninguna clase utilizando sus redes de datos o de fibra óptica, según Rapid TV News.

Las compañías de telecomunicaciones deberán desactivar sus plataformas de VOD y suspender la distribución de canales de TV de pago. Se prevé que esto obstaculizará a las plataformas de OTT, como la que ofrece Netflix.
