Millicom ha presentado su servicio de TV de pago satelital en Costa Rica y Honduras y ofrece 70 canales, cuatro de los cuales son en HD. Estos nuevos servicios, ofrecidos bajo el sello de Tigo Star, son similares a los que Millicom ya ofrecía en Bolivia y El Salvador.
